So, here I am. Just about 3 weeks since I moved into this new apartment. I feel like absolute shit. It’s a wonder I’m not talking to the appliances yet. I’ve spent pretty much every night sitting here either watching movies or playing videogames. Granted, it’s fun while it lasts, but it does get old after a while. Either I need to start getting out more or I’m just intolerant of boredom.

Just a thought.

So Verizon fixed the problem with my connection and I am returned to the land of the net-capable. Total awesomeness ensued.

I’m starting to get more into the webdesign end of things now that I have more time to myself at the new place. I hope to learn quickly and know things I have never known before. I think that’s the way this works, anyway.

Short post for now, more once I get home from work.

Yes, all. I’ve moved. And you know what? LIFE SUCKS WITHOUT INTERNET.

My DSL order is supposed to be ready on the 17th. This means over a week from when I ordered it and I’m starting to get a little antsy. I’ve watched more movies in the last 4-5 days than I have in the last 3 months. I’m surprised I haven’t started talking to the appliances yet.

Anyway, I just wanted to post an update since I haven’t posted anything in nearly a month. I’ve still got a lot of unpacking to do, but at least I have the basics to survive for a little bit.

Oh, also on that note, I was supposed to have my stove delivered yesterday. Turns out, they can’t fit the gorram delivery truck through the gorram overpass that leads into my little section of the Patch. They had to reschedule it for next Wednesday with a smaller truck. Ah well, hopefully THAT goes off well.

I still have to do christmas shopping too. I’m hoping I can get a decent amount of that done next week on my off-days.

Still not sure what I’m gonna get myself as a present. Yes, it might seem odd, but since I’m now living alone, I need to do something for somebody, and with me being the only one there, it kinda seems right….ish.
